Golden Retriever’s Favorite Thing Has To Do With a Snow Blower

For most dogs, favorite things would include a game of fetch, napping, or eating, but Drake has much noisier priorities. His mom, Madison, recently shared a clip to @drakethepupstar that shows this pup is basically a winter-loving variety who loves a good chill. Instead of chasing tennis balls, this Golden Retriever prefers a high-powered gust of air directly to the face. You can see his pure joy as a snow blower creates the ultimate canine spa day.

Madison, Drake’s mom, initially thought they were heading outside to play in the fresh powder. Instead, she found herself followed by a dog begging for a very loud blowout. As soon as she starts the engine, Drake sits perfectly still with a giant, goofy grin. There’s no flinching even when the machine accidentally tosses bits of icy slush his way. In fact, he seems to think the freezing spray is just a bonus feature.

The video catches a hilarious front angle where his golden neck fur flies in every direction. Honestly, it looks like he’s starring in a dramatic, wind-swept music video for dogs. When Madison asks if he likes it, he responds with a relaxed, sleepy yawn of pure bliss. That is basically a five-star review in dog language. He even follows her around, making it clear that the session isn’t over yet.

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen him thrive in the cold. Between his “part-time NHL player” status and his famous ice rink sploots, he’s a total winter pro. He famously jumped into a pool right after getting an at-home grooming session once, so he’s clearly the boss. Madison jokingly added this to her list of “funny things Drake enjoys,” and we can see why.

Followers are absolutely losing it over the “floof” being blown about. The post has already racked up more than 11,600 likes from fans who adore his unique hobbies. One viewer perfectly noted that this is just a peak example of a big, happy dog.
