Puppies have a way of picking up things surprisingly quickly, even while keeping their goofiness intact. Their curious hearts and brains, and of course, endless energy, mean you can teach them any trick and they’ll learn it before you finish the command. This is especially true of a Corgi puppy named Boba, who flaunts her numerous tricks in a cute video.
At just 14 weeks old, she has a wide variety of skills. Her talents range from impressive tricks to adorable failures. This Instagram Reel is a sneak peek at her progress. It shows that, amidst being a mischievous pup, she is incredibly smart, and her human clearly loves to show it off.
Corgi puppy is a master of doing tricks in cute video
This video of a Corgi puppy doing tricks has been gathering momentum on Instagram. It begins with Boba on her human’s lap. The on-screen text says, “Boba’s tricks at 14 weeks old.”
Soon thereafter, we see the pup showing off her first skill: the command “Chin.” Her owner holds out a hand, and the little one sweetly rests her head there, soaking up some well-earned scratches. Next, she is given the command “Bang,” with the human making a gunshot gesture. Boba falls to the ground dramatically, pretending to be dead.
There’s also a test of patience. With a line of treats right in front of her, Boba resists temptation like a pro, turning her head to the side as if to say, “If I don’t look, I won’t break.” Just as viewers are impressed with her discipline, the next clip reminds everyone she’s still a puppy, with a pair of chewed-up slippers making a cameo.
The montage only gets funnier as it also shows her hilarious attempt to catch a ball. It’s a slow-motion clip. We see her miscalculate her jump perfectly. The on-screen text reads, “Catching a ball,” and then, “or tried to.”
