Golden Retriever Meets Little Puppy & You Can Tell Their Paths Were Meant To Cross

The first few seconds of this video already explain two dogs’ entire sisterhood. Pacha is stretched out on the floor, while little Bucket has somehow managed to drape herself right across her like it’s the most comfortable place in the house. In the post shared by @goldengirlpacha, the Golden Retriever seems completely unfazed by her clingy little puppy shadow. Then the montage begins, and it quickly becomes clear that Bucket has been paying very close attention to absolutely everything her older sister does.

Golden Retriever and little puppy mark their lifelong bond like this

Anyone with an older sibling will probably recognize what’s happening here. Pacha strolls confidently through the hallway with a shoe hanging from her mouth. Moments later, tiny Bucket, who is a Golden Retriever puppy, appears carrying the matching shoe. Apparently, if one shoe disappears, the other shouldn’t feel lonely.

The next lesson arrives soon, courtesy of a passing ambulance. Pacha lifts her head and joins the siren with a long howl. Bucket gives it her best shot too, although her tiny version is enough to make Pacha stop mid-song and glance over as if wondering where that unexpected sound came from.

Outside, Bucket bravely tackles the patio steps while carrying a bowl. Her legs are still far too short for the job, but that doesn’t stop her from trying. Watching the little pup copy Pacha’s confidence makes the climb down even funnier. Of course, socks also become part of the lessons. Pacha is caught holding one like she has done absolutely nothing wrong. Before long, Bucket races past the camera with the matching sock swinging from her mouth, looking far too pleased with herself.

Every lesson involves some mischief. Pacha playfully kicks the family’s cat on the couch, and Bucket tries the same trick with the cat in the yard. Later, both dogs wrestle with climbing into the oversized Papasan chair before taking turns rolling around with their favorite yellow pillow.

The compilation has already collected more than 24,000 likes. One viewer joked that “Pacha is a good teacher and Bucket a good student.” Looking back now, it’s hard to imagine one without the other.
