A viral video from @thenikosaurusrex, however, shows a sweet foster dog and her unwavering spirit while she waits for pets at one such event. Little Luna stands in a corner on her leash while crowds of eager families walk past her to reach the puppy crates. It’s heartening to see her maintain an incredibly sweet attitude despite getting overlooked by the bustling crowd.

The video opens in a busy community park filled with tents and crowded animal crates. The camera then pans to show Luna standing sweetly in a corner, looking around with bright, hopeful eyes. On-screen text explains she is patiently waiting for affection. Sadly, several groups look over and immediately walk away after glancing at the younger puppies nearby.
The camera shifts behind her to capture her exact perspective. She watches the passing crowds and gives a gentle tail wag anyway. Next, she steps inside a wire playpen in the hopes of getting some attention and pets, but they don’t come by very often. We even see her wander around the event venue wearing a bright “adopt me” sign on her harness and a matching bandana.
This beautiful foster dog deserves a real chance at adoption and has her days filled with endless pets. Rescue mixes often show a bit of initial shyness in loud public settings. However, their cooperative personalities come through the second they feel safe. The clip cuts to the car ride home, where Luna rests in the backseat with a big smile, despite the dejection of the day.
This lovely two-year-old girl is fully house-trained and loves a good afternoon cuddle session. Her foster family spent the entire evening spoiling her with treats, praise, and plenty of couch affection. They partnered with Soul Dog Rescue for the day and shared the sweet update online.
