Nobody told Willow, aka Billy, that rolling over is a major baby milestone, but she seems pretty convinced it’s worth celebrating anyway. In a sweet video shared by @willows__world_, the family dog is supervising a little practice session on the floor, keeping one eye on her baby sister the entire time.
The result is part cheerleader, part concerned older sibling, and completely adorable. As the baby works on a rollover, the sweet Golden Retriever stays right beside her, ready with exactly the kind of encouragement she apparently specializes in: kisses.

The Instagram reel starts with the baby lying on a mat while Billy watches from only a few inches away. She’s trying hard to roll onto her tummy. The effort is all there, and the determination is there as well. It’s just that the execution isn’t quite cooperating yet. The first attempt gets about halfway before gravity wins, and she ends up right back where she started.
Billy keeps watching like she’s taking notes on technique and will give detailed feedback later. A second attempt follows not long after. Once again, the baby gets partway there and pauses. Right then, Billy decides to get involved as she leans over and gives her hand a quick kiss, as a mark of encouragement. And it clearly works because the baby pushes a little more and finally completes the rollover.
Next, she lifts her head from her new tummy-time position and looks toward Billy as if checking whether she noticed, and she definitely did. Billy immediately bends down and starts covering her nose with gentle kisses. The caption jokingly refers to him as “Coach Bill,” and hundreds of viewers seemed to agree with the title. “Those kisses are precious,” one person wrote. Another commented, “A boop and a kiss.”
Others were focused on the baby’s accomplishment, celebrating the rollover and calling it a huge milestone. Meanwhile, Billy seemed mostly interested in making sure congratulations were delivered properly. And according to her, that apparently requires at least a few extra kisses.
