A beautiful five-year-old pup named Harley recently experienced the ultimate emotional transformation after spending her days feeling completely forgotten. She lost everything when her previous family had to give her up, but a wonderful volunteer rescued this sweet shelter dog from her quiet kennel for a fun day out. The heartwarming footage posted by @humanebroward shows how much a little love and care can change an animal’s entire day.

The Instagram reel opens with Harley lying flat on the cold kennel floor, looking completely deflated and depressed. She even looks away from the camera when the person filming comes close to her kennel door. However, everything changes the second she gets some fresh air. Suddenly, she is rolling on the green grass with her tongue lolling out.
Next, we see her channeling her inner diva when she wears rose-tinted, heart-shaped sunglasses. She looks like a completely different dog from the one we saw in the first frame of the video. The fun montage then shows Harley browsing the supermarket aisles to pick out a special treat. She stands patiently in the checkout line while wagging her tail.
This cutie shelter dog spent her whole day out wearing an “adopt me” necklace and a cute, colorful T-shirt. The caption tells us that she lost her home when her previous family had to move away.
