In the clip, the pet named Kora climbs on her human’s shoulder and pins him down. Then she snuggles on top of him, making it impossible for him to use his phone. Through an onscreen text, the uploader mentions, “How we achieve significantly less screen time in 2026.” Here, they refer to the man in the clip who is busy scrolling on his phone. It looks like this behavior doesn’t sit well with the pooch named Kora.
She gets closer to the human, who is sitting on the floor with the device in his hand. He doesn’t look at Kora at first, as he is engrossed in his phone. So, Staffy tries to climb on him and pushes him to the floor.
After Kora climbs onto his shoulder, the dog dad lies on the floor. This action grabs the man’s attention, and he notices the pet snuggling on top of him. It seems Kora’s plan works, and her owner puts his phone aside. He is now fully attentive to the pooch, who has no intention of getting up or letting her dog dad sit up straight.
Even after 10 minutes, as mentioned in the dog dad hug snuggle video, Kora doesn’t leave the human. She sits up on his stomach and continues to pin him down on the floor. Meanwhile, the owner doesn’t seem to mind spending time with his pet.
