In this video, we meet Luna, a rescue dog who hasn’t forgotten the house she used to call home. Her story started when her previous owners faced eviction. Despite being with a foster family for over six weeks, she still remembers exactly where her five favorite kids used to live.

Then, she goes up the steps and wags her tail in anticipation. The poor girl sits there, waiting for someone to let her in. Her foster, Camille, notes that she didn’t understand why her five kids weren’t coming out.
Being a Pit Bull mix, her loyalty is practically hardwired into her soul. Our hearts slowly break as we see her look back hopefully at the door, clearly unsure why it stays shut. Leaving that porch is tough because she desperately wanted her old life back.
