A video of a Beagle dog, Snoop, who does not know how to howl but tries his best to do it, has gone viral on Tiktok. The pooch was kept in a laboratory used for animal testing. The rescue dog’s owner, who uploaded the video on the platform, wrote in the caption, “Stop animal testing.” In the comment section, other TikTok users also shared their thoughts after watching the dog struggling to howl.
