February is Responsible Pet Owners Month, and it’s a great time to go over some of the basic steps you can take to be responsible for your furry companion. Even experienced dog owners could use a refresher sometimes.
I think the lesson is: Don’t approach the ghosts of dogs you don’t know, or at least ask their ghost owners for permission first.
Fall means back to school for kids and that’s a perfect time for you to spend some quality time with you pup and teach him or her some new tricks and basic commands.

The Dog Scouts of America was founded in 1995 and encourages bonding, training, and physical activities with dogs and owners. They even have dog merit badges!
