It captured a shy rescue dog named Babette living in a “painful” situation until she got a chance from a loving foster home to heal and be happy. An emotional video on Instagram showcased a rescue dog named Babette, who was thought to be shy and shut down, starting to heal from all the “pain” while staying in a loving foster home. The video has captured the hearts of many on social media. The caption of the post read, “When Babette came off the van from a local shelter, we could tell something was off. At first, we weren’t sure whether she was shy and shut down or not feeling well. It quickly became clear that she was in extreme pain.”

The caption further revealed, “We learned she had Pyometra, a life-threatening uterine infection that required emergency surgery. Now, she is expected to make a full recovery and is getting the chance to heal in a loving foster home.” It also read, “Thanks to medical intervention, Babette has the chance to live a full and happy life. We encourage every pet owner to spay and neuter their pets so that they can live long, comfortable lives.”
