Sometimes, they find comfort in the most unexpected things, which become a source of security during their time at the shelter. The same happened with Glen, a Labrador Retriever who found a pink plush toy and has been cuddling with it ever since.

This shelter dog took a toy back to his kennel so he could cuddle with it. The video, shared by @rescuewithme on Instagram, features a Labrador Retriever named Glen. The shelter mentioned in the caption that he is a senior dog who deserved far better than the first ten years of his life.
Glen didn’t have a happy past. He was neglected and spent years in the hands of a backyard breeder who reportedly sold AKC-registered puppies. According to the shelter, Glen was used as a stud dog before eventually being rescued. Now, all he wants is a soft bed where he can lie comfortably while feeling safe. More than anything, he needs a loving family that will never let him go. Glen has been neutered and is friendly with both cats and dogs.
The clip shows the adorable dog picking up a pink plush toy and carefully carrying it back to his kennel in his mouth. It is evident that he adores the toy and simply wants to snuggle up with it, making the moment truly touching and heartbreaking.
