Her owner playfully lists Pancake’s everyday struggles, calling them her “serious issues.” Each moment is shown with onscreen text and matching clips that capture the pup’s dramatic personality.
The video opens with one of Pancake’s funniest quirks — she simply cannot stand bubblegum. In a short clip, her dad blows a bubble, only for Pancake to leap forward and pounce at it in protest. The following “issue” is her daily habit of hiding under the bed. Her owner gently pulls her out, suggesting that Pancake has turned it into a routine game of hide-and-seek.
Another clip reveals Pancake’s unusual resting spots. Instead of curling up on a bed or sofa, she casually drops her head anywhere, even on the hard edge of a staircase. Personal space also appears to be nonexistent for her, as one scene shows Pancake glued to her owner on the couch, unwilling to give them even an inch of breathing room.
The list of issues continues with Pancake’s tendency to nap at any given moment, which her owner jokingly describes as “undiagnosed narcolepsy.” Just as relatable are her sudden bursts of anger, captured in a scene where she barks furiously at her owner while they try to relax in bed.
