Bandit, an old dog with health problems was surrendered to a city pound in Romania when his family could no longer care for him. The local rescue group, Howl of a Dog, stepped in and wanted to help give this sweet, senior dog a second chance. He was immediately taken to the hospital for surgery and treatment of an infected wound on his neck.
Bandit has recovered and has a new spring in his step. He’s like a happy puppy again.
