10 ways to keep Fido safe while flying

Pets need water when traveling on planes, especially on longer flights. Flight is dehydrating for humans as well as pets. I do not agree with the author's idea to limit water before the flight. This is a potentially hazardous suggestion.

Outward Hound Standard Port-A-Bowl

As a Pet Supply business & Pet owner, I've had great reviews with the OH Port A Bowl & we can barely keep them in stock. These bowls are great for travel, keep in your purse, vehicle, boat, RV & about anywhere your pet might need a drink. I keep one in every vehicle & RV. I found one tiny flaw, dont leave water in it for more than 30 min as they are made of material and will eventually soak through. They are designed for a quick drink.

Trouble getting our dog to potty when away from home.

We have a 2 1/2 year old Lhasa Apso and she love to go for rides, but she will not potty when we are on the road. We tried taking her on one long trip and had to cut it short when she would not go. She hates to be left home when we go on long trips and we hate leaving her behind, but we have no idea what to do. When we have her out she is always on a leash and at home we have a fenced yard that she has free access to. Any ideas would be wonderful.

Pet shipping and pet relocation

If you ever want to import an animal or export in to the UK, I would like to warn you all against PETS ON THE MOVE. http://www.petsonthemove.co.uk Karen took our money, did NOTHING and strangely her phone was disconnected all of the time. She hadn't completed the paperwork properly, leaving our poor puppy stranded in quarantine for days. She is a money grabbing scam artist, I would urge you all to stay clear! ... (continued)

shared charter flight for pets from Australia to Europe

Hi - I am searching for others who are relocating to Europe with (without is ok too) an animal. I am wanting to collect a core of people with pets who want to share in the costs of a charter flight. To charter a flight to Europe is costly but it will allow us all to share the cost while letting our pets fly in the cabin with us. This will offer safe on-board and humane travel for our beloved pets. If you are int... (continued)

Dog Car Sickness

Every time my 8 month old puppy goes on a car ride, he vomits. If we're lucky it's clear & mucousy. Usually we're not. I find it true that if he's looking out the window, that's when the sickness usually occurs. If he's muzzled on my lap, not looking around but resting instead, he tends to be fine. He's a multiple puker, too. Poor puppy.
