The video features Yoshi, a Pomsky, sitting still while his tiny human sister pretends to be a doctor with a pink kids’ doctor kit. She examines him using different equipment. And Yoshi does not even flinch, sitting patiently for the examination.

Then she swaps tools and examines his eyes with a toy torch, too. Meanwhile, the on-screen text says, “Just when I thought I couldn’t love him more… he let his little human sister give him a full doctor checkup,” and the caption adds, “Core memory made between Yoshi and his human sister.”
There is no grand mystery behind the Pomsky‘s patience — it is just his social instinct and good old-fashioned trust. Dogs read the humans they love with scary accuracy, and a child’s gentle play will rarely ever be perceived as a threat. Instead, it becomes an unusual bonding ritual and a calm medical session.
The comment section turned into an impromptu awards ceremony. A viewer declared, “Patient of the year officially goes to Yoshi—sat through the appointment like a champ,” while another could not help comparing notes, writing, “Meanwhile my dog freaks out if I just look at her paw too long.” A viewer joked, “Well she saved you hundreds in vet bills and you don’t have to bribe him to go to the vets, so it’s a win win situation.”
