This dog is fine with giving out thousands of kisses, but as we see in the video, the second his owner tries to do the same thing back, the entire vibe changes. Dog gets offended after owner licks him back
The clip starts with Roscoe sprawled out on his dad’s chest while they relax. He is busy giving out plenty of kisses, but the little noises he is making show he is unhappy about something. And we soon learn what that is when Dad decides to lean in and lick him back. Roscoe puts his paws down like he is doing a horizontal stomp on Dad’s chest.
The text on the screen says he thinks it is his job. He starts grumbling and whining because he is genuinely offended by the move. It is like he is saying, “Excuse me, that is my job.” Dad just keeps going and pretends to lick his face again. This time, Roscoe sticks his tongue out, too, but the loud vocal grumbles keep coming.
Next, he stretches his neck to plant a kiss on Dad’s chin. But then he pulls back like he is disgusted. “Your saliva, ewww” is basically what he is thinking. He looks at Dad like he has never seen him act this way before. Moreover, the utter confusion on his face is actually priceless.
Dad just won’t stop the pretend licking. And Roscoe is doing everything he can to dodge it. He pulls his head back as far as he can. “The speed of that tongue should be illegal,” the in-video text catches the dog thinking. It is honestly so funny to watch him struggle with the role reversal.
