Some alarms are loud. Some are furry. This clip starts with Meko’s dad blinking awake in bed. He is looking completely confused by the noise coming from the pillow next to him. Over at @therealpaworotti, the Alaskan Malamute’s followers usually see him singing. But this video of a very sleepy dog is just about the volume of his snoring. In it, we see Meko totally out to the world. He just lies there with his head right on the pillow. Dad stares at the camera while the sound fills the room. It is loud. And Meko has no plans to stop.
Dog is just too sleepy to be bothered in funny video
Dad starts laughing after a particularly long and loud snore. He moves the camera closer to Meko’s face. The dog is so sleepy in the video that he doesn’t even flinch. His head is flat on the pillow. It is hilarious. “Snoring like he pays the rent,” the owner says. But we all know he doesn’t. One fan joked, “The snoring IS the rent.” Touche.
Meko’s ears even twitch a bit while he dreams. He looks so peaceful. “Snoring like a grandpa,” one comment read. And it is true. You can see how deeply he is sleeping. There’s something very wholesome about seeing a dog feel this safe next to a human.
Another viewer mentioned it is “totally worth earplugs,” just to share a bed with him. And dad’s expression says everything. He is just accepting his fate. The clip already has over 30.6k likes. People really like seeing the “Opera Dog” hit a different note. “I love that he’s sleeping beside you like a human,” someone posted.
It is just how this breed works. They are big, loud, and very attached to their people. And so dad is just going to have to deal with it. Meko isn’t moving. He is too busy dreaming. Treats, probably. Or maybe just more pillows. But for now, the snoring continues. And the rent is officially paid in full. Good luck getting any more sleep tonight, Dad.
