The clip opens with Frankie on the couch wearing a nebulizer mask, and before you even register the machine, the camera drops down to show Beau planted right in front of him. He’s not pacing, not whining — just sitting there like this is his assigned post and he fully intends to clock in until further notice.

Beau has this solid, comforting presence that only a dog who has seen the baby grow up can bring. He doesn’t even have to move to make you feel safe. Next, the video switches to a tender scene. Frankie is resting on his dad’s lap while Beau is settled right underneath his dad’s feet. He’s tucked in so carefully it almost looks staged, but it’s clearly just him choosing the nearest spot to stay connected.
Every cut that follows shows the same thing. Frankie is trying to heal, and Beau is adjusting to stay right there with him. Couch, floor, tucked against legs… the location changes, but his job doesn’t. He’s the best nurse for him.
