Video: Mom Proving All Of Golden Retriever’s ‘Best Attributes’ Wrong Is Hilarious

A dog mom proved the “best attributes” of a Golden Retriever wrong in a hilarious video, and the internet is in stitches. Cash, the dog, has continued to steal hearts with his goofy personality. The fur baby’s mama has been documenting what life looks like with this loving breed. Besides the wholesome captures, the human also decided to share her version of the Golden Retriever’s “best attributes.” The video was even funnier as it demonstrated the points with a clip compilation, which showed the canine in a series of candid moments.

Mom shares her version of Golden Retriever’s ‘best attributes’ in viral video

Dog mom Macee Fay went all out to showcase the “best attributes” of her Golden Retriever, Cash, in a hilarious video. The clip compilation highlighted the fur baby’s unique personality to demonstrate his version of several of the breed’s popular traits. Fay wrote over the video, “Getting a golden retriever because I was told they have all of the best attributes…”

The dog mom continued to showcase how those “attributes” did not apply to Cash. The first point shown in the video was that Goldens are believed to be “intelligent.” However, Cash was seemingly the opposite. Some of the clips showed the canine licking random furniture around the house. Others also saw Cash running away from a measuring tape and a vacuum cleaner.

The next “best attribute” of a Golden Retriever mentioned was that they are “friendly.” Meanwhile, the clips showed Cash getting feisty with his mama. Faw was poking the pup’s nose while he tried to playfully bite her finger. It also included a video of the naughty one pulling the blanket away with his mouth. Another clip showed Cash giving the side eye while sitting on the couch, clearly looking unamused.

The following point was that Goldens are “independent.” However, several users pointed out in the comments section that the breed is known for being affectionate instead. Meanwhile, the adorable clips continued to show Cash being a clingy little one around his mama, from cozying up close to constantly staring from different corners. The final attribute shown was the “athletic” factor. This time, too, the clips showed the opposite. Cash was shown chewing a piece of wood and snoozing off later instead of being active.

The Instagram Reel has amassed almost two million views and even has netizens gushing about the breed in the comments section.
