Dog owners are flooding TikTok with videos of them doing the now-viral Blindfolded Dog Name Challenge. One particular TikTok user seems to have knocked the rest out of position one after correctly getting all 14 out of 14 guesses.
What is the blindfolded dog name challenge?
This challenge is more or less a test of how well a dog owner knows their canine companions by identifying them by their correct names.
A dog owner who owns multiple dogs tries to guess the correct name of each pup by petting them to feel their coat, gauging their personality, feeling distinguishable physical features such as the shape of their ears, or simply relying on their intuition.
One has to be completely blindfolded while making these guesses.
A good number of dog owners have taken it upon themselves to partake in the challenge and upload the results for the internet to see. For some, it seems as though the challenge was pretty darn easy.

Three days ago, TikTok user @thegoodhype wowed the internet after guessing the correct names of each of their 14 family dogs while blindfolded.
The video — which has clocked more than 800K likes and over 7,000 shares — shows the blindfolded TikTok user trying to figure out each dog’s name one after the other.
From a Great Dane to a Bernese Mountain Dog and a Great Pyrenees, all the 14 dogs belong to different breeds. Surprisingly, she managed to identify each dog correctly. What stood out was how the dogs lit up as she petted them and called out their names.
Over 2,000 people flooded the comment section to share their thoughts about the intriguing challenge.
One TikTok user joked: “How [you] get 14 dogs to love you aggressively, my 1 dog needs his space.”
Another shared: “I love how NONE of them are lap dogs but all 14 defaulted into it.”
A third comment read: “I love how they just dive all over her but they were so gentle for Mama and showed the same love.”
