We've all glanced at the mighty healthy ingredients to a package of premium organic dog food and thought, "You know, I could actually eat that."
Well, take it one step further by donning your best novelty apron and rustling up a home cooked meal for two that both you and your dog can chow down on.
Boiled chicken, blueberries, or carrots might be your dog-safe, go-to ingredients for this one.

Sing For The Moment

Give your favorite song a canine-centric makeover. Simply replace crucial words with the name of your dog or other themed lyrics.
If you're stumped, try starting by substituting a key word in the title with "bark." So the hook to Drake's "One Dance" quickly becomes, "I need a one bark/ Got a chew toy in my mouth..."
Channel your inner Weird Al and belt out a doggy parody with your favorite pooch!

Find a few like-minded friends or colleagues and attempt to get through the day by communicating only in dog noises.

Or, if you'd rather spend some one-on-one time with your canine, have a happy hour at home with some alcohol-free "beer" for dogs!

You can also head out to the dog park and get started early on a full day of fun for your pup.

Invite one of your non-dog having friends along for a (socially distant) walk and play session.
You never know, they might become so smitten with the idea of having a pooch to tag along that you'll encourage them to adopt their own special pup.

While the official rules involve a mix of obedience training and dancing spiced up with some tricks, you could also fashion an impromptu dance party by putting on your favorite playlist and dancing like a maniac around the house.
Although, don't be surprised if your dog just ends up giving you a quizzical but disproving look when it comes to your best moves.
