Stella & Chewy’s all-natural, freeze-dried Carnivore Kisses Treats

Pet Product Review – Stella & Chewy’s all-natural, freeze-dried Carnivore Kisses Treats

Stella & Chewy's

Carnivore Kisses

Never ones to refuse delicious treats, the dogs enthusiastically greeted the delivery man as he dropped off Stella & Chewy’s new Wild Alaskan Salmon Kisses for their reviewing pleasure!

On the salmon Kisses container it reads, “Ingredients: Salmon.” That speaks volumes to me! No grain, fillers, artificial preservatives or colorings. No sugar or salt either! Just good ol’ freeze dried, wild Alaskan salmon. I’m also impressed with the Hydrostatic High Pressure (HHP) process they use and the precautions they take to ensure their food products are safe as listed on theirFood Safety page.

The kisses are in small bits so probably best enjoyed by smaller dogs. Joey, our lumbering Lab, loves these treats but only savors the flavor for a millisecond before it’s down the ol’ digestive tract! Our cat, Buddha, is like a moth to a flame, drawn by the treat’s fishy “bouquet” when I open the jar, he proceeds to gobble them down with zeal! (Though I’m sure they weren’t originally intended for cats, what’s a little salmon Kiss between friends?)

A 2.75 jar ofCarnivore Kissesruns for between $9.99 and $12.99; a 4 ounce package ofCarnivore Crunchesaround $9.99;frozen raw dinnersfrom $8.99 to $29.99 and;freeze dried raw dinnersrun between 11.99 to 25.99.
