Pet Product Review – Rachael Ray Nutrish Premium Dog Food
“100% of Rachael’s proceeds from the sale of Rachael Ray Nutrish go to dogs in need.” Wow! From the moment I opened the box sent by the good folks at Nutrish, and read that statement on the pamphlet, I had a feeling my dog and I might be in for something special!
Here’s how the taste test went down…I placed a bowl of Joey’s usual kibble on the floor and about 2 feet away a bowl of Nutrish’s Real Beef and Brown Rice dog food. Let me tell ya, Joey sniffed his usual nuggets then whipped around to the Nutrish bowl so fast I’m surprised he didn’t do a nose-dive right into the bowl! And I thought Joey loved his usual food! No joke folks! Panel members Kaya and Jade also devoured them at lightning speed. Kaya was so drawn to the aroma, I had to move the sample bags twice to keep them away from her!
Obviously they taste good and they’re made with real meat as the first ingredient, no by-products, fillers, artificial flavors or preservatives. What a great thing to do for the dogs, provide a food that is healthy and tasty while supporting needy dogs at the same time. You go girl! Nutrish is available in 2 flavors: Real Beef and Brown Rice and Real Chicken and Veggies. The food is sold in 6 and 14 lb. packages and is carried in most retail stores that carry dog foods and treats. It sells for between $8.99 – $16.99 (depending on the package size).
