What’s the best dog toy? I recommend anything that prevents a dog from eating from a bowl. Something that requires them to use their brain for more than four seconds.
What mistake do you see owners commonly make? Many owners “ruin” recall by ending the fun once their dog comes to them. Calling your dog to you should always be rewarded with something fun for your dog so he knows to expect good things when he appears at your feet.
Advice for new owners? Truly ignore bad behavior. That means don’t look at the dog, don’t touch the dog, don’t make a sound.
What’s the most important cue or command to teach your dog? Recall.
