Mr. E, a spunky Chihuahua, was left behind when the people charged with caring for him skipped town. Understandably a little rattled at first, he’s now charming everyone at SBACC and growing more comfortable by the day.
Mr. E is available for adoption through the Seal Beach Animal Care Center in Southern California.
