A great idea, but unfortunately some say it’s only a commercial (KLM doesn’t really have a dog who returns lost items to their owners). They call it a hoax.
Yet in other articles KLM claims the lost and found dog has returned more than 80 items.
Which is true? Not sure but the video is adorable!
