Soon, he looks at Cactus and realizes that he wants a turn with the grooming tool. As such, he moves the trimmer around the dog’s neck without turning it on. He makes a buzzing sound to pretend the machine is working. He performs the same action on Cowboy, and both canines appear to enjoy the experience.

The dogs might be viewing the trimmer as a massage tool moving on their body. Further, the human combs his hair and decides to let the pooches join this activity as well. He combs Cactus and moves to Cowboy, but the rescue dog craves more. Cactus seems to enjoy the gesture while clinging to his dad. Later, the dog dad combs Cowboy and gently holds him in his arms. He points out to Cactus that the foster pup looks good and asks for his approval.
