In the caption of the post, the human parent of the fur baby wrote, “This reminds me of a levelled up version of getting your dog’s ball from under furniture at home when they can’t reach it.”

In the meantime, the pet parent further wrote, “If you can’t tell because the water is so clear, the section the ball was in was actually quite deep (too deep for Henry to save on his own and too deep for Derek to want to hop into… the water there is freezing (emoji) ), hence the stick to assist with the rescue!” The dog owner also added, “(And yes, this is a lacrosse ball because we forgot one of his usual balls and this is all we could find in the car, hence the sinking (emoji)).”
