Some girls genuinely enjoy watching a manicure come together, and Lumi seems pretty into it, too. The Golden Retriever puppy watches her mom, Katie, work on her nails with so much focus that it’s actually funny.
@zoomies_with_lumi caught the whole thing on camera for their followers. From her spot on the couch, Lumi keeps peeking over her mom’s shoulder, following every swipe of the file and looking completely invested in the process.

Lumi’s little nail salon observation session starts with her stretched out on the couch while Katie sits on the floor in front of her. The filing begins, and Lumi immediately leans forward to get a better look. Her eyes stay on her mom’s hands the entire time, following each pass of the file. She seems genuinely curious.
The electric grinder that Katie switches to is where Lumi starts to look a little less sure about what her mom is doing. The motor starts humming, Lumi pauses, and she gives the camera a quick look that says she has several questions. That quick look at the camera is easily one of the best little moments in the video.
After that, she settles back down, although the nail routine still has her attention. She stays on the couch for a bit, then ends up right back beside her mom. The Golden Retriever puppy watches her mom the whole time, even keeping those little crossed paws still while the manicure carries on.
The video has passed 65,000 likes in just a day, and the comments are full of people laughing at Lumi’s very serious interest in the routine. One person joked that she needed a “pawdicure,” while another noticed those crossed paws and called them the perfect waiting position.
The buzzing may have caught her attention, but Lumi also seemed perfectly happy just sitting nearby and watching her mom finish up. No nails were getting done on Lumi this time, but she still managed to make herself part of the DIY session.
