He only gets 10 minutes to go outside. As the woman drops him off at his room, she gives him treats and cares for him.
Meanwhile, in the caption, the volunteer mentions that Seltos gets 10 minutes of daily walking. Other than that, he has to stay inside his kennel space, and it’s been almost one year. Nobody has come to adopt and bring him home in these 11 months. Furthermore, the uploader promises to find the right family for Seltos before his one-year anniversary at the shelter. It will be in August.
