Shelter Dog Gets a Mere 10-Minute Respite From His Tiny Kennel Every Single Day

This Instagram video shows a shelter dog spending almost every hour in the kennel. According to the shelter volunteer, the pooch only gets 10 minutes to walk outside. This means he spends 23 hours and 50 minutes in his confined kennel space. Named Seltos, the pooch has been living in this condition for 11 months. Through this post, the uploader asks netizens to find a forever home for the fur baby. Meanwhile, the caption mentions that he is a 5-year-old Terrier who was “found as a stray with no known history.”

In a touching Instagram video, a shelter dog named Seltos has spent almost a year in the kennel for 23 hours and 50 minutes. The clip begins with the shelter volunteer taking the pooch out on a walk. He only gets 10 minutes to go outside. As the woman drops him off at his room, she gives him treats and cares for him.

Meanwhile, in the caption, the volunteer mentions that Seltos gets 10 minutes of daily walking. Other than that, he has to stay inside his kennel space, and it’s been almost one year. Nobody has come to adopt and bring him home in these 11 months. Furthermore, the uploader promises to find the right family for Seltos before his one-year anniversary at the shelter. It will be in August.
