Video Shows How Golden Retriever Puppy Goes Out Without Touching the Ground

Life looks a little different when you’re an eight-week-old who isn’t allowed to touch the ground just yet. Murphy is a Golden Retriever living in Virginia Beach who is already becoming a local celebrity. His account @murphthegoldennn recently shared a throwback video that shows the Golden Retriever puppy’s mom coming up with a clever solution for his missing vaccinations.

Murphy can’t walk on public grass or sand, but he still needs to see the world. So she packs him into a canvas tote bag for every single outing. And he seems to love the view from his shoulder-height perch.

Golden Retriever gets to go outside without touching the ground

The footage shows Murphy sitting in the bag while it rests on the grass. He just stares at the camera. He isn’t touching the lawn, but he gets a front-row seat to the action nevertheless. “What a nice little life,” one person commented. And they are totally right. There is even a shot of him at the beach. You can see his fur blowing in the breeze.

Mom carries him through a park with blooming trees. It makes for a very pretty picture. And then he is sitting in his tote on a picnic table in front of dad, a coffee lying near by. He even manages to take a nap in a cafe. He stays safely tucked away on a chair while the humans eat.

People who work at vet clinics love the video. They appreciate that she is keeping him safe while he is still young. “Nothing cuter,” another person added. He rests his face right on the handle of the bag. The tote is basically his own personal transport system.

This video of the Golden Retriever puppy has over 5,400 likes on his video because people love informed owners. One person loved the shot of his little fur in the wind. He is just an eight-week-old puppy living his best life. But he might get used to this level of service. He probably won’t want to use his own legs later.
