This Instagram video showed a Bernese Mountain puppy finding himself in a situation involving a rock and his attempts to hide it. Moose’s mom had quite the attentive eye, noticing the tiny tone in his mouth he brought from outside. But the floof, equally adamant, wasn’t willing to spill his secret. While the dog owner interrogated him, he tried to brush it aside by shaking his paws with her.
Ultimately, the puppy failed to evade mom’s lurking eye and hide the rock in his mouth with his little tricks. He avoided direct eye contact, but she was steadfast and didn’t let it slide despite the handshakes. At one point, Moose even tried to pretend he had just eaten the pebble, and regardless, he gave in to mom’s demands by dropping his tiny treasure on the floor.
On the other hand, commenters tried to justify the pooch’s actions, including one remarking, “To be fair, it was more of a pebble.” A second urged the owner to treat him because he gave her the rock to make it a square deal. More users also pointed out the adorable ways he tried to distract his mom.
