Owner explains the anatomy of Golden Retriever in hilarious video

You might have seen many pup videos, but no clip will give you “an accurate breed description of Golden Retriever” like this one. In the Instagram Reel, the pet owner talks about their canine Mika’s anatomy and how she uses it to her advantage.

The video of @goldenpup.mika shows the owner describing Mika’s one-of-a-kind anatomy. The pet parent first describes Mika’s ears, which are “also called ‘selective hearing devices.'” They then share how the pup uses her nose for “nudging their humans for attention or food,” other than “sniffing treats from miles away.”

And how can one forget talking about the tail, which acts as the “happiness meter” for the pooch? But sometimes, as per the dog parent, the tail is “used to knock drinks of [sic] the table,” much to everyone’s displeasure. The owner then talks about Mika’s tongue. As per the paw parent, this sense organ is a “sloppy kissing device” for the canine. Why? Because this breed uses their tongue to “provide endless amount of kisses” to their hooman friend.

But we all know, it is the “puppy dog eyes” which does all the talking. Even the owner says eyes are “Golden’s best defense against the word ‘No.'” The pet parent ends the clip by describing the dog’s fur, which “sheds twice a year – 6 months in summer & 6 months in the winter.”

The funny Golden Retriever anatomy video struck chords with pet parents, with many saying the description of the pooch’s anatomy is “true.” One of the users commented, “So accurate.” Meanwhile, another mentioned, “They are the most annoying thing and the loveliest at the same time.”
