Music artist Moby isn’t just about music anymore. In fact, he’s branched off into the restaurant business with Little Pine, his vegan restaurant in Los Angeles, CA. And he’s using Little Pine for a good cause, donating 100 percent of the profits to animal welfare groups, including The Humane Society, Farm Sanctuary, and Mercy for Animals.

Moby knew going in that his restaurant wasn’t going to be a typical business. He wanted to represent veganism as a positive thing. With Mediterranean style dishes, he hoped to promote vegan food as something healthy, tasty, and animal-friendly. He also knew that he wanted to support animal welfare organizations.

Moby has been a long-time fan of animals and promoter of animal welfare. In 2013, he created a music video at Best Friends Animal Society, which featured dogs and cats that were up for adoption. He hoped to get the word out about these adorable animals by using his music. You can check out the video below.
