Dog epilepsy
We think our 8 year old Malti-poo, Malia, had a seizure last night, the actually spastic seizure lasted about a minute or so (but seemed longer to us). She had an episode about a month ago but at that time we thought she had eaten something and was choking. But now it her symptoms seem to be those of a seizure as described on Vet websites. We will be taking her to her Vet tomorrow for a full work up. Has anyone... (continued)

Dog Epilepsy
Everyday (sometimes more than once a day) my 1 year old maltese begins with a barking nervousness then accelerates to a loud crying barking hysterical running around. All of a sudden he just stops and lowers his head and look around in disbelief as if he didn't know what he was doing. Looking for some advice. I have a 3 1/2 year old male black lab who in the last year started having strange events. On occation he will emit a low growl when an of us try to pet him. he usually goes to a quiet place and wants to be left alone, then returns to his normal lovable self a short time later.
