Back in Black Adoptable Dog of the Day: May 3, 2012

We've teamed up with Best Friends Animal Society® to help change the future for homeless pets in black during Back in Black 2, a nationwide adoption event to give black dogs and cats the best odds at getting adopted. Each day, we'll bring you the story of one great adoptable animal. Meet Seth.

Seth, a Border Collie-Lab mix, is available for adoption near Kansas City.

Friendly, playful Seth is a Border Collie-Labrador Retriever mix, and he may just be the perfect family dog. Kid-, cat-, and dog-friendly, according to his foster mom, and he's also great on leash.

Seth is a gentleman in the house, able to entertain himself when necessary. At nine months of age, he's quiet and loving, and is expected to be 45 pounds at his full weight. He's neutered and ready for his new home.

Seth is available for adoption through Forever Friends Animal League in Shawnee Mission, Kansas.
