Senior Rescue Dog Carries the One Toy That Helps Him Stay Brave on Even the Rainiest Days

Rain has never been Bruce’s favorite part of going outside, but he is willing to give it a try with one important thing in his mouth. The sweet pup heads down the wet sidewalk wearing a raincoat and carrying his favorite toy, refusing to leave it behind.

Rain, though, is clearly a different story. Still, Bruce keeps moving. He makes it all the way to the back door, waits for Mom to open it, and continues holding his favorite toy. That tiny detail is what makes the clip so sweet. He does not need to love the rain to get through a rainy walk. He just needs something familiar with him.
