Golden Retriever’s Antics Leave Baby Crying & Mom in Absolute Disbelief

Nobody likes being caught red-pawed, especially when the evidence is still sitting in your mouth. But in the video shared by @frankieandthedood, one mischievous Golden Retriever somehow leaves a baby in tears. And it doesn’t take mom long to figure out who’s responsible. Frankie isn’t even pretending to be innocent. He’s stretched out on the floor, looking relaxed, wagging his tail just enough to suggest he already knows exactly what’s coming.

The video opens with the baby sitting in a high chair, looking moments away from a full meltdown. Mom asks, “What’s wrong, what happened?” before the camera immediately swings over to Frankie, who is lying on his side nearby, looking far too comfortable. The on-screen text hints that this probably isn’t his first offense, and Mom seems to have some ideas about what has happened. She calls his name in that familiar tone every dog owner recognizes. Frankie responds with nothing more than a slow tail wag thumping against the floor.

Then comes the important question. “What do you have in your mouth?” That’s when Frankie casually starts chewing. Mom reaches over to investigate and pulls out the baby’s pacifier. Case closed? Not quite. “You’ve got two!” she says in complete disbelief before fishing out a second pacifier hidden inside his mouth.

Frankie answers with an unmistakably guilty side-eye, followed by another little tail wag that suggests he’d probably make the same decision again tomorrow. Mom reminds him those pacifiers aren’t his, but Frankie doesn’t exactly look convinced.
