Named Teasley, the 4.5-year-old pup has been waiting for 662 days for someone to bring him to his forever home. As he is still spending days at the kennel, his soft whimpers appear to be a desperate “plea to be chosen.”
The clip begins with Teasley looking at the person recording. He stands on his two feet and tries to reach the human from his small space. He fixes his gaze on the person and whimpers. His eyes appear helpless and pitiful while his whimpers are described as the “sound of his broken heart.”
The uploader touches upon the shelter dog’s personality in the caption. According to the post, he is “playful, sweet, and affectionate.” It further noted, “It might take Teasley a moment to warm up, but once he does, you’ll be met with soft gazes and a whole lot of affection.”
