The Instagram reel was posted by Noa Bruser on the account @furrealshiloh, where she documents daily life with Shiloh after adopting her from a local shelter. According to Noa, the pooch had been one of the shelter’s most “overlooked dogs” and was adopted for $0. Since bringing her home, Shiloh’s owner has focused on helping her feel noticed, appreciated, and valued.
At the start of the clip, Noa explains that it is “day 7” of making Shiloh feel like she is “worth something.” She then shares a recent accomplishment that she believes deserves praise. It involves the dog successfully learning the command “leave it.”
To demonstrate the skill, Noa drops a treat near the dog and gives the command. Instead of immediately taking the food, Shiloh remains calm and resists the temptation, showing patience and discipline. The owner appears visibly proud as the dog completes the task successfully.
Following the demonstration, Noa praises her pet enthusiastically, calling Shiloh “the smartest girl in the world.” She also added in the caption that the rescue dog is “a quick learner,” with the video showing the growing trust and connection between the pair.
