Nellie, a Cocker Spaniel, was left behind merely because she could not see or hear. Now, her difficult days are over, and all she is receiving is love and joy after landing in the right hands.

The video shows ordinary moments — the kind that must feel enormous to the blind and deaf rescue dog after being abandoned by her first family.
It begins with Nellie sleeping through a car ride in her owner’s hand. She enjoys treats beside a furry sibling, enthusiastically carries a toy up the porch steps, rolls around in a small pit of dirt like she is having the time of her life, and shares a hug with her mom.
The rescue dog also gazes at the camera with an expression so sweet it will stop anyone in their tracks. Additionally, there is a scene where she tries to wake up her dad with zoomies on the bed, which then cuts to her swimming, nestling near a baby, and lying down next to a toddler in the yard. The dog is finally at ease, soaking in all the love and giving it right back.
