And their owner, who runs @life_of_tina_and_marti, shared this funny footage of her pups enjoying the spring warmth. According to their bio, they are living their best lives, and that evidently involves many outdoor naps. It really is the perfect sight as the seasons transition toward summer.
Owner captures dogs looking like ‘potatoes’ while sunbathing from aerial view
The video begins with their owner peeking down from a higher floor of the house toward the front entrance below, where Tina and Marti have apparently claimed the warmest spot available. The in-video text reads, “Aerial view of the most beautiful potatoes.” And later, when the camera zooms in, suddenly the “potatoes” comparison starts making a little too much sense.
Their mom starts narrating the scene like a wildlife documentary nobody knew they needed. “We have an aerial view of two of the most beautiful pugtatoes you have ever seen,” she says while zooming in closer.
One of the dogs is fully splooted out with little legs stretched behind like maximum comfort has officially been achieved. The other is lying nearby in a more traditional sunbathing pose, both of them completely still except for the occasional tiny adjustment to maintain ideal toastiness.
That’s really the whole video. Just two happy dogs enjoying warm pavement and minding their business. This made over 8k people hit the like button, as of the time of writing. Their owner joked in the caption that she would take her spuds with butter and sour cream.
