Vinyl, the English Bulldog puppy, has a lot to say, but this adorable and hilarious Instagram video from @vinylthebulldog shows she may not exactly have the voice anyone takes seriously. The puppy sits in a car and “talks” directly to the camera with tiny barks and growls. But the funny part is that they sound more like a squeaky toy than a warning as Vinyl’s little yips come out in short bursts. Nevertheless, she keeps going, refusing to be unheard.

The video’s caption says, “Vinyl has something to say to you all,” as the puppy attempts to express her thoughts in her squeaky little voice. And judging by the reactions, viewers felt like they understood her message just fine.
Some viewers assumed Vinyl was cross with the person filming, as one comment read, “She’s expressing her displeasure in the person with the camera??,” and others took the puppy’s side no matter what. As such, one fan wrote, “Whatever she’s saying, I agree Vinyl, whatever you yip sweetheart.” Another sounded fully prepared to step in on her behalf, asking, “Who you want us to get next who did it???”
It is an especially funny moment because no matter how firmly the puppy tries to express her thoughts, Vinyl’s sweet voice does not match the tough look Bulldogs are famous for. Her little bark comes out high and squeaky, and that can happen with puppies as their bodies and vocal cords are still developing.
