In this new video, Dad is just hanging out on the couch with a new massage gun in his hand. And he really wants to see what the pups think of it. Whiskey, the Golden Retriever, approaches it with a lot of skepticism, while Zen, the Husky, is simply watching from the sidelines to begin with.
Golden Retriever and Husky show different reactions to massage gun
Whiskey is definitely the dramatic one here. He looks at it as if it were some kind of ancient enemy. There is even this slow-motion shot of his expression, where he is clearly thinking “wut dis.” Dad tries to touch it to his back, but the Golden Retriever just goes wild.
He starts jumping around and doing these little pirouettes. He cannot stay still for a second. And he keeps turning back to check on the gun. He is definitely “not 2 sure bout dis.” It is just funny seeing him get so rattled by something so small.
Meanwhile, Zen the Husky is just standing behind him. He is watching all the drama unfold before him. And when it is finally his turn, he has the biggest smile on his face. You can tell he’s been waiting for this. Zen stands by the couch wagging his tail. His POV text says, “hail ya my turn,” as dad starts to work the gun on his back. It is just pure bliss for him, and he looks so relaxed.
When the gun gets near his ear, Zen almost doubles over. He looks like he’s in heaven. “Das the spot,” he seems to tell dad. Whiskey tries to come back and see what’s happening. He is so confused why his brother is so evidently not bothered by the gun.
