Melanie Joy lives in Indianapolis with her crew of four therapy Golden Retrievers. First up was Winston, who actually had a bit of a history with the device. In a throwback shot, he looks entirely skeptical and even paws the thing away. You can tell he was definitely not a fan back then, but his current reaction is the complete opposite. Now the dog just lies there on the carpet, eyes shut, and looking completely relaxed while the head massager does its work. Melanie even noted that she is pretty sure he likes it now, in a total change of heart.
Archie was next, and he looked like he had been used to the head massager since he was born. He didn’t move a single muscle while Mom used the tool on him. Furthermore, he looked like he was in a deep trance. And then there was Gus. He was a little more unsure of the situation. He kept blinking his eyes as the wire moved around his head. But soon enough, he approved of whatever was happening. As one fan commented, Gus was sold after only a few seconds.
Finally, Oakley got his turn. He kept lying like a statue because of the utter state of bliss he found himself in. But the moment mom stopped, he opened his eyes with this look of total confusion. He looked at her like he wanted to know why this trip to heaven had ended. “
