The clip begins with someone recording the atmosphere at the police station before Penny’s arrival. All the police officers are gathered, seemingly ready to kickstart their work. Then the camera shifts to the other side, where Officer Penny is running towards her colleagues.

With her leash on loose, the police dog rushes towards the men and greets them. The crowd welcomes her with enthusiasm and big smiles while giving her pats and scratches. In response, Penny squeals with excitement. Through an on-video text, the K-9 says, “My squeals sound like birds chirping.” After saying hello to everyone, Officer Penny enters the room for her roll call.
