Trying to change someone’s mind about pets is a slow and messy game. Tawny Rotello from @tbug989 has a husband who is strictly team cat. But then Chezy showed up. This foster dog is basically a tiny, persistent lobbyist for the canine world in this video.
Moreover, she is not taking the slow and steady route either. She just climbs onto his shoulder like she’s a feline, resting her chin right on his neck. And you can tell he is trying to stay strong. But the puppy breath is clearly winning.
The foster dog is gradually convincing the cat lover to love dogs
Chezy is resting her chin on the uploader’s husband’s right shoulder. She is licking his cheek, too. He asks her why she picks that specific spot. He says she and the cats both love the shoulder. In response, she does a soft stomp on his chest, raises her head, and then slides back and puts a paw around his arm. He just sighs, “That’s not helpful,” he says.
He looks totally resigned to his fate. In addition, the man is still giving her forehead pats while he complains. The foster dog snuggles even closer in the video. He tells her she is still not as good as a cat. He also says that she should know deep inside her core that cats are better. But then he rests his head right on top of hers. He is a total animal magnet.

Tawny is laughing behind the camera. She knows the truth. He says it is frustrating. But his actions are telling a different story. He is hugging her back. He even blows in her face to be annoying. And yet Chezy just comes back for more. He keeps telling himself this doesn’t change anything. But as a user said, very astutely, “Resistance is futile sir.”
