This dog clearly can’t get enough of her favorite human. So, what she does is unexpectedly adorable and hilarious. The video, shared by @kendall_the_pup on Instagram, shows a dog named Kendall sitting cozily on her dad’s lap while he relaxes on the couch. The video opens with the dog already stretched out across her owner’s lap, completely relaxed. With her belly up, she behaves as if she owns the spot and has claimed it as her territory.
She doesn’t sit politely; instead, she makes it completely known that she is there to get some hugs and kisses. Kendall makes herself comfortable right on top of him. Not just that, her paws thump excitedly against the cushions while her tail wags back and forth. It’s clear that she wants attention from her dad.
However, the dad simply wants to rest and enjoy his “personal space.” But the concept of “me-time” is totally lost on this fur baby. When she demands belly and head scratches, she wants them right away.
Even when the man doesn’t budge, Kendall doesn’t lose hope. She kicks her legs playfully and continues wagging her tail with full force. At one point, she lets out a small sneeze, making the moment even more charming.
The pup then shifts her position. She uses her front paws to push herself up and climb toward the man’s chest. Her face clearly shows that she is demanding undivided attention. The man can’t help but smile at her determination. The lighthearted video delighted viewers, many of whom commented that the dad should immediately give the lovely dog all the pets she wants.
