This dog, Honey Haze, and the cat, Merlin, have been friends for quite some time now. Some pet parents might think these two fur babies won’t get along. But in reality, they do. However, sometimes things do go haywire between them, and this is what the pet parent has captured and shared on @misshoneyhaze.
The reel shows a black cat sitting quietly on the chair when Honey comes and starts licking the feline all over. Merlin is surely not happy with the pup’s behavior and even stares at the mom, as if to tell Honey to stop.
But before mom could do anything, the pooch started nibbling the cat’s ears and face, as if hinting to play with her.
And just when Honey retrieves, the feline jumps on the desktop table and boops the pup on the nose, leaving Honey baffled by her furry pal’s action. She immediately leaves the cat and walks away, giving mom a puzzled look as if to say, “It’s the end for me.”
The cat’s action even surprised the mom, who called out the feline’s name while laughing at the unexpected twist. Looking at the twist, the netizens could not help but react to the clip, with one speaking for Merlin and saying, “Merlin said ‘I called for help twice…'” Another pet lover also sympathised with the feline and mentioned, “The cat can never get any peace and quiet seriously.”
